High fees and penalties exploit real estate agents - Anonymous employee SABOR Employee Review

There is a welcoming atmosphere at SABOR. Both the employees and leadership are kind and understanding. I haven't been here long but have been pleased with the work-life balance so far. The leadership has an open-door policy and welcomes feedback. There is an encouraging team environment and culture in place.

Training could use improvement but everyone is helpful with sharing knowledge.

great restaurants nearby and some co-workers are cool

Ego-driven leaders who make terrible decisions. Your co-workers will get into screaming matches and have been known to get into fist fights in the parking lot with no corrective action taken. Terrible pay which is also unfair--a secretary makes more than other employess with master level degrees. Managers micromanage and then complain about low morale. Unpleasant breakroom and building--the large conference room smells like pee due to a plumbing issue. Very ugly building for a realtor building.
