Pros
Great people to work with, members and employees. Very small staff allows for close-knit relationships; family type of environment.
Cons
Member driven organization so you have hundreds of bosses (so to speak.) Leadership expects a lot and doesn't always have the employee's best interest at heart. Many events, many hours away from home.

Pros
There is a welcoming atmosphere at SABOR. Both the employees and leadership are kind and understanding. I haven't been here long but have been pleased with the work-life balance so far. The leadership has an open-door policy and welcomes feedback. There is an encouraging team environment and culture in place.
Cons
Training could use improvement but everyone is helpful with sharing knowledge.
