1. Frequent organizational changes - have seen a change every 6 months 2. Unprofessional HR behaviour and policies with lot of loopholes 3. Managers (~90%) are scared of taking decisions and keep passing the buck to keep their leaders happy 4. Indecisive leadership, Senior Management would rely heavily on consultants and are paralyzed by risk aversion 5. Absolutely no transparency on salaries and increments that can be sought 6.
