Pros

(+) You'll find people around, like POs and BAs, really supportive.

Cons

(-) Terrible working environment. Old-fashioned and 'Project Mgr-driven' according to the Labs structure. High SMs rotation as per the WOW in that thing they call 'Community of Practice, which is based on becoming a follower of the Lead Agile Coach voice :( So, ladies and gents, this is not the right place for you if you really believe in the Agile Principles and Values... Do not even try! (-) In addition, you won't find a supportive nor an open space if you rise your hands and disagree on any (bad) practice, you won't be awarded for challenging the status quo, there's no a spread teamwork. Fully of anti-patterns and a 'Command&Control' spirit. They say in the interviews that they're working on Transformation and they want to Scale, both are lies. (-) HR Talent says that you'll get the flight benefits from the pretty beginning, that's another lie. The entire structure and processes are low quality, they just pretend to be a good professional option for you no matter what. The onboarding process is really bad. The Mgrs human side tends to be close to zero. The reporting line is duplicated as a consequence of the site's structure, where you'll have on one hand the untrusted AC mentioned above, and on the other hand, locally, you'll report to a Project Mgr (which is like a site Mgr) that actually can't understand the SM role (and doesn't want to, either). (-) The structure provoked them just lost the Product Vision and it's real chaos... In addition, as SM, you can find teams working with 2 POs and 3 or 4 BAs, because they don't work for a team, they are assigned by Projects, so it's a mess for several reasons. (-) Furthermore, if you're based in Poland and/or Spain, once any Manager and/or Director from Dublin visit those sites, your local Mgrs/Leads will "invite" you to work from the office those days - because then they'll see people around at the office... get your own conclusions. (-) Pretty low diversity and inclusion as well... In summary, do not even try! Stay away! Go for another option!

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
