    Given lots of responsibility early on. Work with incredibly talented, creative, successful people. Fast paced environment - you will never be bored or looking for work. They prefer to promote internally Huge customer base allows for interesting marketing campaigns Industry leaders for airline web and app development

    You get paid and are allowed to go leave .

    Cons

    No real benefits and it's just a job. You're expendable, more so than other Aviation companies.

    Pros

    You can get the job even if you don't have any experience as a flight dispatcher. They have a course to help you learn basic things about the job. Co-workers are good people.

    Cons

    You have to handle a lot of pressure because you don't get to rest for 5 minutes in a 9 hour shift. Very, very underpaid.

    roster pattern (5-4) Many bases through out EU and in Morocco.

    Cons

    Management is extremely self-centered and greedy. Lack of empathy. Disrespectful to customer and employees.

    Work as a team. Together we can be stronger. Ask what you can do for your employees, show more empathy.
