I have been working at Ryanair full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Lots of interesting problems to solve - Modern technology stack - Flat organisation structure (little or no bureaucracy) - Cool travel benefits - International team

    Cons

    - low cost mentality. Your are given with the absolute minimum of what you might expect from the company. A good laptop (MacBook Pro), monitor and... nothing else. Don't expect for the perks you're usually might expect from the modern IT company. :) - IT managers are under the pressure of business people that doesn't understand the value and complexity of some projects. As a result priorities are shifted towards things that are not really important, in my opinion.

I worked at Ryanair full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Depending on a base can be good working hours, relatively cheap staff travel, if you need to travel soon.

    Cons

You are just a number, nobody cares about you, you are disposable. Be prepared to be treated like a school child.
