Pros
If out of need you are about to get involved into this mess of a place, at least you will surround yourself with amazing people who happen to be also suffering the same fate as you. Very well trained and educated people who out of need are currently enduring some of the worst working conditions a company in Germany has to offer.
Cons
Where to begin with this? The list could be endless: Terrible salaries, not enough holidays, worst equipment ever. Some of the people working there the longest are as passive aggressive as it gets, not even trying to talk to you face to face. Little training provided, not even the slightest consideration towards employees, people being forced for taking little time off to go to doctor appointments, disregard of total empathy towards employees who apparently only need to have a "passion for news" ( cof cof... Russian propaganda ). PS: As desperate as you might be, do your physical and mental health a HUGE favor and try to avoid this place. You will be earning fast as much as any other customer service company BUT I can assure you at least with those companies you will be getting a ton of more holidays, benefits, almost the same salary AND still be able to keep a social life. Trust me, this place is not worth it.
