Hello, Thanks for your review. We’re passionate about having trust in our employees and giving them the ownership and autonomy to do their best work and continue to invest in our leadership and managers. As a high growth scale up we do often need to pivot, which means adapting to changing situations which can affect the direction at times. We are building our 2024 company objectives in line with the company strategy and will be working with each of the teams on how they can contribute, which in turn will provide a clear direction. In our Q3 engagement survey, 89% of people agreed that they know how their work contributes to the goals of Runa, but I would love to organise some time with you to find out how we can improve in your experience. Pros

The work is fast-paced, expectations are high and the the company is really disruptive in the stored-value space. My manager is thoughtful and pushes me to do my best work. My team is global across multiple time zones, engaged and very collaborative . Company really works to do the right thing and live its values.

Cons

Need to hire more people to get everything done.
