-Pay- it pays the bills, if you hit your numbers. -Promote from within- they never really hire outside management -Positive work environment- if you have the right area director -Diverse -PTO + sick days
Cons
-lack of communication at my particular store -bonus is affected by others actions/lack of effort -schedule is all over the place, inconsistent -no room to grow/advance
