Not nearly as challenging as the training, you have to write papers and recaps on everything, and you don’t know what to ask or what to do, and have to pretty much self teach yourself the job, there is little direction on what to fo and the expectations are extremely high.

The process was good it was 4 rounds and the team corporated neatly. First round was technical second round was analytical and third round was HR round. The experience was good and they made us feel comfortable.
