It’s an extremely unprofessional environment. No one speaks all day in the office, which is in an awful location and itself is horrible. Employees don’t have desks, drawers, or anything personal. Snacking while working is forbidden. You’ll be watched every single time you get up to use the bathroom. Coffee? That’s a luxury. Many times, it felt like they’d complain if I had more than one cup a day. There’s no flexibility whatsoever—about work, schedule, or processes. You have to clock in at 7:30, take exactly an hour for lunch, and clock out at 4:30. The owner is the most despicable person I’ve ever met; it’s amazing what a little money can do to someone’s personality. There’s no room for growth because there’s no management or directors—just the owners and all the employees under them. The owners do not care about the customers at all and treat them as fools for buying their brand’s products. They don’t take customers seriously, and the products' source is as sketchy as it gets.
