Pros

-the people in the Toronto office are all awesome, young, smart -free lunches, unlimited snacks and beer fridge -Mac laptops -great location

Cons

-senior leadership is a revolving door of people who have no clue -0 chance of career growth -company is so disorganized and fragmented; good luck trying to get a hold of someone who doesn't work on your product -you're just a number, HR/management doesn't care about you or your career growth -no diversity in leadership (all old white males) -so many internal politics that nothing gets done -no innovation; still trying to figure out why they acquired Chango and Shiny Ads -they would rather layoff valuable people and keep useless ones just because they have been at the company longer -the only people that get promoted are sales people -CEO so far removed from the business; after the acquisition of Chango he didn't even visit the office (nor did he ever) -over 30 people in the Toronto office have either quit or gotten laid off since January and they haven't hired any replacements...the writing is on the wall

Pros

The pros of Rubicon are kinda simple unlimited snacks and open kitchen , free lunches , nice company clothes and gear, Mac book pro computers , and there are some friendly people that work at that company !

Cons

There's a lot of favoritism, be prepared to wear a lot of hats that you weren't told of in your interview, So the job you get hired for probably won't be the job you'll actually have to do because rubicon constantly switches up L what they want you to do, No real structure be prepared to constantly switch up your work routine , I hated the open work space , very hard to focus on work when your boss is looking and staring at you 24/7 because you have no cubicle privacy! They judge you on how much they like you and not entirely work performance, like a lot of companies if a co worker leaves they won't rehire be prepared to do double the work! High turn over rate, high taxes on your pay check and severance check, won't your suppose to get paid and what your suppose to get paid won't happen because of the company and California taxes which has nothing to do with you if you work in another office. Horrible payroll department, took over a month after hire date to receive my first paycheck , and lied and taxed the majority of my severance
