      Pros

      Nice state-of-the-art facility with excellent amenities, great cafeteria, convenient to downtown Milwaukee, plenty of restaurants in the area. Managers and co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      Training is long-winded. Much, much downtime where not given any work to do and I just sit there.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
