      Lots of opportunity. A fair amount of autonomy and opportunity to really dig in and "own" a problem. Good community support.

      Sometimes lacked ability to influence change across product development behaviors.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
