      Good leaders Great co works and teams Solid company

      Expectations can be unrealistic. You will be expected to do the work of 3 people on very aggressive timelines which can be very stressful.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
