      Good Culture, Good Process, Learnings are good

      Cons

      No major Cons, its a good company. I left the company due to difference with my immediate Manager (Person specific) & better career opportunity elsewhere. Overall company is good for long term.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
