      If you don't mind working for a company that cares more about their shareholders and investors, than they do about their employees, Rockwell would be a great company to work for.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
