      Good team, long term employees Great pension for those hired before 2010

      Cons

      concerns that RA wants to become hardware agnostic and become a software company de-motivated pension employees plod on when they should pivot to something better.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
