      Pros

      Good culture, half days on Fridays during the summer. Flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Many hoops to jump through to get to a decision point. Company did away with bonuses in 2024 due to financial struggles. Travel and entertainment budgets slashed. Lots of good people being shown the door or leaving on their own accord. A good blue chip company that's struggling in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
