      The automation industry will always be in need of work, so there's job stability with Rockwell Automation.

      Cons

      Their salary ranges are not competitive with the market and their benefits are outdated. If you work for a less than stellar manager, that can make or break your time at RA.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
