so many departmental silos, claim to be a 'matrixed organization' but that is really just code for disorganization, lots of 'talk' but not a lot of 'walk', increased 'in office' time for employees & associated verbiage from leadership makes it more like they're giving employees a privilege to wfh on Fridays instead of being a true hybrid workplace.
