Trying to drive a square peg into a round hole with many of their so-called software "solutions". Company needs to recalibrate its total addressable market of these "solutions" to those customers most likely to buy an off-the-shelf product. Software business targets as such were completely out to lunch. Using software sales to recoup lost business due to a disastrous supply chain recovery that still hasn't fully recovered is just a last ditch effort for this dinosaur of a company. Look at Rockwell's smaller competitors for the next step in your industrial automation career. Insist you receive their commission policies upfront before signing any offer letter.
