Pros
Management is always open, supportive, communicative, and patient especially with new employees. They truly want you to succeed and will have your back with clients and will graciously turn your mistakes into learning opportunities. If you need help, you need to ask for it, because they won't hold your hand, but this in turn creates very self-sufficient employees with an overwhelming amount of mutual respect.
Cons
Since my job is completely remote (which is a huge PRO), the onboarding process is a little more challenging since it's done virtually, but they work with you through the pains of virtual learning and are understanding.
