Interesting new technologies* Low level of difficulty and stress (usually) Pleasant coworkers Many opportunities for learning and growth Management mostly came up through the ranks so are pretty knowledgeable and understanding Somewhat flexible on hours, mostly remote now

Cons

*Also a ton of obsolete tech that is somehow still used and supported, and many projects get started but go nowhere. Can also lead to being spread too thin across many products The work itself can be draining and unsatisfactory - solve one problem, on to the next Weekend and holiday on-call duties are required

Pros

Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

Cons

Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
