      Pros

      Got some challenging projetcs which were quite good. Good company for over all development.

      Cons

      Technically software products are quite sluggish. No coordination between different product team. Personal life gets hampered due to tight project schedule

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
