      Ethical company, you are asked to do your job (nothing more nothing less) and if you do the extra mile usually there is a recognized award

      Cons

      Low visibility, difficult to move outside country, 80% of directors are American despite the diversification culture promoted

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
