      Pros

      Good Work/Life Balance OK pay Compressed Work Week where twice a year for a month you get Friday half day provided that you worked for one more hour every other day of the week.

      Cons

      Late Night calls because of US counter part MNC but it acted like SME. Everyone knows everyone and sometime the Gossips go around. Singapore Bosses still have Singapore Bosses' mentality even though you are in MNC

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
