      Cons

      Management is not great. Micro management is predominantly observed Lack of competency and no guidance from management Too much of non technical work which doesn’t add value to technical individual

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
