      This is a great company to work for and very good work/home life. A very understanding company when it comes to home life.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in the company and management sometimes does not think of the entire picture when making decisions.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
