Too Cheap to say "Good Job" - Analyst Rockwell Automation Employee Review

Rockwell is so cheap that they took back the "exceeds expectations" review I got because too many people in our business group received that rating. Despite their claims, Rockwell does not value their employees. Don't expect to ever see a raise higher than 4.5% even if you're a top performer.
