      1. The people there make it a fun place to work, with many characters. 2. The chance to travel to lots of interesting and new places.

      Cons

      1. The Politics, allot of in-fighting to climb up the ladder. Though most promotions are usually done through the hire of outside people. 2. Allot of re-org's, the policy seems to be, if there is a problem, re-org!

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
