      Cons

      Some difficult personalities to collaborate with. Resistance to architectural/process improvements. Waterfall mentality at the top.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
