      seems to be going for a younger workforce and doing more with technology to outsource and globalize many of its functions

      Cons

      nowadays, they like to keep people for about 5-7 years and then churn to new population at lower wages and reduced benefits.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
