      Shift timings are a bit adjustable

      Cons

      Managerial politics too much No growth opportunities Not a satisfactory increment Undefined policies that change minute to minute Demotion is also a possibility with even effective performance. Performance doesnt matter infront of unethical politics

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
