7yThank you for providing us with feedback around your experience, and more importantly with suggestions on how we can continue to improve. It is clear that we can do better in how we communicate career path opportunities and journeys. We have a team of employees actively working on this now to ensure we do a better job of communicating skills and capabilities in specific career path ladders; the value of 70-20-10 plans; all of the types of development available and the roles of both the company and the individual in successful career development.
We are proud of the fact that in the past year we had more than 20% of our function receive a promotion in role; take a new role or expanded role and /or receive a development opportunity aligned to their career plan. But, we can do better and we appreciate the advice and candid comments on how we can do so. I especially like the idea of mentors within the function and clear communication of career paths.
