      Pros

      The pay was good and work force was friendly.

      Cons

      No Training Program, or way to learn. All knowledge is tribal and must be handed down by senior team members. Hired in and before the "training" portion of job was over was laid off in a work force reduction.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
