      Awesome benefits, savings packages, gym, tremendous advancement potential, great management, mentors, cafeteria, way too many pros to list....

      Cons

      Honestly nothing worth complaining about. First job I ever had where I wasn't actively looking for other work. I will retire here.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
