      Pros

      Great career options and if you show interest, they will allow you to try new things. Lots of training oppurtunities, travel and they have a very flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Complex hierarchy, as with nearly any corporate company. However they are all pretty open minded and very willing to help you obtain the right information or find the right person.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
