      You will learn how a big public company works. Most lower level employees are very competent and helpful.

      Operates as a big company so hard to navigate unless you have management on your side.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
