      Easy not to get fired if you know the right people Good party atmosphere Respected in Milwakee Good product range Limited competition for local jobs

      Very political Borders on unethical Senior Management are not competent and social behaviors are appalling No respect for the individual You never know where you stand

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
