Pros
Contrologix has a good market share so it is good experience. There are a few good people around.
Cons
Very project management drive. All about the metrics. So, naturally, the metrics say to outsource. So, the job is becoming more to package up work and send it to India. Of course, that doesn't really work but ROK hasn't figured that out, yet. If you want to be a good engineer, can't work at an outsourcer. You just won't get the experience. That is ROK's problem, the good engineers are leaving in droves.
