No Sodexo. No NPS flexibility for any AMC at time of registration. Only 2 times per year, employee can register. This means, if employee joint in May, he will get opt for NPS in month of Oct. Even the salary credit for new joinee is next month if joint after 10th of month. Office hours are very restricted. Employee has to attend the DSU in office. 15% variable pay for salary 30 - 33LPA. No broadband re-imbursement. In single project more than 50% are contractual from Capgemini
