      There is nothing noticeable pros They making false promise about work culture and perks inside Indian teams working full in a services based company like TCS and Wipro (ready fill time sheet , daily sheet of work update along with scrum And extra meeting with managers)

      Cons

      People manger’s from Indian side should be more professional must have training related to welcome new joiner’s

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
