Pros
Rockset's product is a leader in the real-time analytics and search ecosystem. Once our customers get their hands on the product, they love it and are mind blown by the performance. Great leadership team that are humble and visionary. New sales leadership that have a track record of success and have made a big impact only being a few months in.
Cons
Rockset is very much a startup and the processes are still being built out. This company isn't for everyone, especially those used to working at larger corporations. Will need to have feet in many buckets but still need to produce & execute in your specific role.
