      Challenging projects Very competent and diverse work force Very good overall compensation Company is well positioned in the current global environment International opportunities exist for those who are interested

      Roche is a very conservative organization that is heavily regulated in the US and the rest of the world. This limits product development cycles and overall project timelines and budgets. Career growth can be limited and there does exist the possibility to be "pigeon-holed" into assignments for long periods of time.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
