Work culture at the India (RIS) location is cluttered and mentally stressful • Frequent layoffs create an unstable work environment • Limited scope for skill development or meaningful learning • Poor support for employee well-being . Internal politics in large scale. The company attracts people the way sweet things attract flies — mainly because of the high salaries. Many stick around, not for growth or learning, but simply to benefit from the financial rewards, even if the environment is toxic.
