      Great pay and benefits; a great mission that truly helps society (especially during COVID); generally kind co-workers

      Cons

      They are wary of "outsiders" - if you haven't been there for 10-15+ years they are skeptical of you, your ideas, and your motives. They don't seem to want to improve - continue to keep and promote the "old guard"

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
