3yThanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We are aware that our organisation is currently going through many changes. This is mainly due to the fact that the outside world is also changing very quickly and we need to structure ourselves in such a way that we can react quickly and flexibly. This change is also reflected in our management – the hierarchy as we know it will change significantly, while self-determination will become more important.
