      Good benefits. Work / life balance.

      Cons

      Uses fear-mongering as management tactic. Lack of communication and no accountability at every level of leadership. Uses 'skills enrichment opportunities' as a way to not have to promote or pay you for your extra work. Is known for laying off high earners after decades of company loyalty to keep bottom line down.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
