      Pros

      energized and motivated team pushing the boundaries of AI with inspired leadership

      Cons

      company and product are hacked together - the focus is on shipping features or projects that are shiny, but there isn't an value placed on ensuring they are built well or fully. This creates a lot of bugs in the product and inefficiencies in how the org is run that are ignored. Employees that value high quality operations and code spend a lot of time fixing issues across the company, instead of working on the task at hand. high stress environment work-all-the-time culture lots of burnout and turnover

      love everything about it. the collaboration with leadership and peers, the autonomy, the d2d, the solutioning. it's incredible

      you're going to work hard...(and a lot) challenging situations to figure out and develop fixes for (both of the above are actually positives for the people who work here

      - Favoritism - Lack of Diversity - Junior team - Undefined ICP and Customer Persona The benefits and pay are relatively good. Coworkers can be standoffish and can be two-faced. The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.
