Pros

- Lacking ego in the office: Typically, common in a recruiting business. - Caring environment: People look out for each other and are openly supportive and recognition is embedded in the daily culture for both front and back office. - The job of a recruiter is hard especially in current market - the company is careful about who they hire to set people up for success as much as possible.

Cons

You need to want to do a business focused sales role and to earn good money to work in the recruitment role here. Those that do will stay for a long time, and love it, Those that don't and just want a salary should look elsewhere in recruitment, it's not a job filling environment,

Pros

Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

Cons

Can be hard to reach at times.

Pros

Success with other departments - just not in mine

Cons

Complete bait and switch. I accepted this position under one manager, only to find out after resigning from my previous job that I would be reporting to someone else entirely. There was no meaningful onboarding, no training materials, and no support system in place. My manager openly stated that there was no monetary value in helping me succeed and made little effort to train or develop me. Requests to shadow and learn the business were dismissed in favor of keeping me on the phones. Instead of being set up for success, I felt actively prevented from growing. HR was equally disappointing. I raised legitimate concerns and never received a response. The organization talks about development and support, but my experience suggested otherwise. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I have made.
